OSKAR have
own team of well trained Engineers equipped with required spare
parts and gadgets to support across the Maharashtra State. The
flow chart of the support department is as mentioned bellow;
- At OSKAR we have Service Engineers
at every Taluka level to support each and every Taluka place.
- To carry out all services at Taluka
places and coordinate with Service Engineers of each Taluka
OSKAR has
Asst. Manager Support placed at each and every District.
- OSKAR also has a provision of Divisional
Manager Support, to co-ordinate with all Asst. Manager Support,
and to provide all type of required technical support to
them like, make available of spare parts, arrange required
equipment etc.
- To control all type of after sale
service support OSKAR have another senior position i.e.
After Sale Support Manager, who will handle
every Divisional Manager Support so ultimately
all Service Engineers, Asst. Manager Support
will be reporting to Divisional Manager Support,
- At OSKAR , we keep all History chart
of systems failures , so as to give proper guidance to customer
accordingly.
- At OSKAR , we keep all tracks of
faulty UPS & give suggestions to Quality Assurance Department
to strengthen designs so that frequency of failures of components
can be restricted.
- At OSKAR , to maintain track record
updated , a team of flying Service Engineers randomly visits
customer sites & get the feed back of status of UPS
supplied.
- With OSKAR UPS all types of
log in events like Input & Output Voltages , frequency
of power failures , UPS load capacity , Battery Condition
Communication & fault occurred under operation can be
viewed on PC with the help of RS 232 Communication port
so as to detect exact nature of problem
